One of a kind!!' Description For auction is an unsurpassed aquamarine silver talisman hand crafted by myself, Jefferson M. Walcott of JASM Design in the healing energies of Sedona, AZ. The stone is crystal clear with a unique etched shaft going up through the inside of it. The termination on the aquamarine is flawless, other than one top corner which is in the back. The termination, as seen in the photos is uniquely multi-faceted. At the base of the talisman is a beautiful, multi-colored fire opal cabochon from Ethiopia. In addition there is a naturally terminated heat treated citrine crystal, a faceted blue apatite gem, a dark pink tourmaline and a blue-green, gem grade kyanite. The piece is heavy at 2.85 ounces, so it definitely should be worn on a heavy chain, about 1/8" to 3/16" thick would be ideal. This is one of my finest pendants that I've made and it demonstrates a strong use of thick wire and fine weave work. The stone is completely held on both sides by the zig zagging weave. The piece measures 3 1/8" x 1 1/4" x 1 1/8". The aquamarine stone cost me $900 alone and it measures 2" x 1 1/8" x 3/4". All these stones were thoughtfully and intentionally selected and charged to combine into one powerful piece of jewelry. Metaphysically, aquamarine is a powerful healing stone, with really clear energy. It aids in communication, making it perfect for wearing around the neck, near the throat chakra. It also helps one to get past emotional issues which have been bottled up. The clarity and pristine condition of the stone, I believe, amplifies the stone's energy as well. The opal has a very watery energy which gives it a very emotional energy. It is a karmic stone which amplifies the wearers thoughts and feelings, as well as being a very protective gem. Citrine is a stone of wealth and abundance, and if the wearer has true intention, will help to attract into one's life what is desired. Kyanite is another stone which aids in communication and heals the throat chakra, making it a natural choice to pair with other similar stones for a pendant to be worn near the throat. Kyanite is one of a number of stones which do not store negative energy, therefore does not need cleansing. Blue apatite is another perfectly matched stone to the others, in that it is meant for communication and healing the throat. It connects to a very high level of spiritual guidance. Apatite is a great stone for healing bones and cells, and its energy is strengthened when used in addition to other complimentary stones.
