View our "About Me" Page to learn a little more about us.   Description William Spratling Bracelet Rosewood and Sterling Silver Mexico - Circa 1940's This is a bracelet by William Spratling (b. 1900 - d. 1967) during his 1st design period from 1931-1946. It is made of rosewood and sterling silver having a large rectangular centre with rounded corners and alternating rosewood and sterling silver cresents for the cuff accented with raised studding. This piece has been worn and shows minimal surface scratches. I have seen this bracelet priced at $2,000.00 and up - Our asking price is much less. Marks: Hallmarked with WS print circle used c. 1940-1946 - Spratling Made in Mexico in raised letters and WS incised ALSO the hallmark used c. 1940-1944 - Spratling Sterling raised letters in cartouche. Measures: 1 5/8 inches wide x 6 1/2 inches long (curved). Excellent condition - No dents, cracks or repairs. Minimal surface scratches.
