Rare 1690 Early Verge Fusee Pair Case Pocket Watch From The Netherlands Leeuwarden Haakma (Holland), Man’s, C. 1690 CASE: 20 Size, open-face, pair case, sterling silver, white, shagreen, signed “M. M.” DIAL: White, porcelain, Roman, Fleur-de-lis hands. MOVT: Key set, verge fusee, gilt, full plate, signed “A. J. Leeuwarden Haakma.” (View Grading Guide) C 2-25 D 3-43-57 M 3 R 6 Expert’s Opinion: A rare maker of early fusees, re-cased in a later pair case. Very nice example of early craftsmanship!
