The dial has a small hairline crack in the top which is barely noticeable, but it is there.  The case is very nicely engraved with initials on the back. It opens and closes perfectly with a 'new' sounding click. It has marking of 14K, and was made in Boston.  I believe it is a standard size watch, maybe size 16.5 or 17.  It is about the size of a $20 Gold Coin or a little smaller than a Silver Dollar.  The serial number on the movement is 1,100,000 series.  It runs perfectly well and sounds clear and strong.  The hands are in perfect shape and work.
