Howard series 11 railroad chronometer pocket watch. Lever set, stem wind. Almost mint dial has tiny pin point dings around second dial. And what looks like hairline between 8 o'clock and second dial even hard to find with loop. It's hard to tell, it's almost invisible.  E. Howard Keystone case has plating loss, no dents or scratches. Railroad chronometer movement not only adjusted to temp. and 5 positions, and also rail road adjusted. It is 21 jewels, series 11. Runs and works great.
