You are buying a rare civil war pocket watch with veterans medal and keys. The medal is identified as Levi Morrow company F of the 63rd Ohio Volunteers. The medal is excellent condition. The medal measures 1 7/16" diameter. The watch is from 1862, all the hallmarks match on the case covers and movement. The date letter hallmark is for 1862. The watch is superb condition, the dial is virtually mint. The fusee mechanism appears to be complete with chains in place but it doesnt run. I gave it a shake and it went for a few seconds but thats it. The dial measures about 48mm diameter. The watch case measures about 54mm diameter. I can find Levi's name anywhere on the watch, this is how i found it, so this is how i am selling it. The condition of the medal and watch and keys and chain are fabulous.
