Actual colors (regardless of how it appears on your monitor) are red and pink crystals, going darker to lighter as it goes outward toward the edges, with just a slightly deeper shade of pink (mauve) crystals in the very center of the petals and surrounding the pearl. CAROLEE Day Lily pin / brooch, Limited Edition 2004, in original box with insert brochure showing the pin. The pin is in silvertone, which only shows on the edging and tips of the petals.  There are two raised oval plaques on the back which I've tried to show in the closeup of the back - one is signed "Carolee" and the other says "Limited 2004 Edition." The back is shiny silver and not scratched or worn as the lighting makes it appear.  The pin can be worn in any direction, but judging from the position of the pin closure on the back, which is on the top third, I would assume is their intention that the pearl be pointing downward when worn.  It measures roughly 2 1/2" both across and up and down. There are no dull or missing stones and there is no wear at all to the finish front or back. Excellent condition, with box.
