Hinges are tight opens and closes nicely with NO gaps or notable issues. Minor scratches and one shallow dent hardly seen on back cover. Not obvious at all. Case measures 60 mm including the bow and 47 mm across. Inside case back is marked PHILADELPHIA SILVERODE Bright white porcelain dial is great. I have examined this carefully with a loupe and see NO hairlines or chips. Roman numeral hour markers outer minute and second dial is crisp. Unique open moon hands are original in good condition. New old stock crystal is perfect.   Key wind and set from the back movement is signed VACHERON & CONSTANTIN. Serial number 123600 is on movement under dial. dates this to 1860/65 Winds and sets well with good motion keeping time.  Cleaned and serviced by Hill Jewelers located in Sudbury, MA in 2007.
