Antique 14ky Gold Enamel 8 Size HC Key Wind Pocketwatch Start Price USD 350.00 Current Price USD 350.00 Time Left - Bid Count 1 Buy It Now Price - Reserve Price - Start Time Thursday, October 02, 2008 End Time Thursday, October 09, 2008 Location Ft lauderdale See more about 'Antique 14ky Gold Enamel 8 Size HC Key Wind Pocketwatch' Description maxhenri Store                 Antique 14ky Gold Enamel 8 Size HC Key Wind Pocketwatch Description    This is a beautiful old 8 size pocket watch from before 1900.  I has enamel in the front and back and the enamel is perfect, with none missing or damaged in any way.     The case is solid 14k yellow gold, and there is no name on the movement or the dial.  It says LOCLE and a name on the inside gold cover, but I can't make out the name, as it is fancy script writing.      It is Swiss made and running, although the balance wheel is moving very slowly, at times and quicker in different positions.  It probably need s a good cleaning, as it looks like it hasn't been used in a while.     The crystal is off the bezel, but both are fine and ready to use.     The entire watch weighs a nice and solid, 44.7 grams and the case is not dented or repaired in any way.  This is a great lapel watch or just as a pendant.      I know GOLD is high, and prices seem crazy, but just think back to when it was $450 an ounce and you stopped yourself from buying because you thought gold was too high, THEN!  You could be kicking yourself, when gold gets to over $1200!!     If you have been looking for one of these, this is being offered at a low starting price.      If you read my feedbacks, you will see that I don't embellish my descriptions, and most buyers find the items better than described. Beginning October of this year, 2008, Ebay is only allowing sellers to accept online type of payments. I do not take credit cards directly, so I guess pay pal is your only option. I use the USPS, postal system exclusivly, and I don't use UPS or Fedex, unless the buyer pays for and arranges for the pick up at my office. I will usually ship within 7 days, from the time of payment clearing, and I always buy insurance for domestic sales. This insurance is included in the shipping price, so you need'nt worry about adding any extra money for insurance. Foreign items can only be insured for $40.00, and that is why I prefer registered mail, for foreign sent items.
