Fully marked inside -18K.  Cut out design simulating filigree. Outstanding quality craftsmanship.  I purchased this broach in Moscow, Russia. In early 1990's on my  trip. Brooch set with 6 emeralds and 7 cabochon turquoise stones.   Total weight of this brooch is 13.00 grammes. The size of this pendant / brooch is 1 7/8" or 46 mm long, 1 1/4" or 32 mm wide.
