This option works best for people who only use 1-3 batteries at one time. Just cut the tape and get the batteries you need. Very simple and easy. 2)Cut the tray and place another tray over the batteries to keep them in place. This is the way they are shipped from the factory. This option works better for people who use about 4+ batteries at one time. Just carefully take off the top tray (I tape them for shipping, but you can just rubber band them together after the first use.) You have to be careful because if you knock into the tray the batteries can go all over the place!! Use tweezers to remove each battery. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHICH OPTION YOU PREFER!!
