Paul Breton Swiss-made (Geneva) stem wind/nail set hunt case pocket watch. The case is extensively engraved on both covers with a fine coin edge and topped with a heavy French bow. The case is completely ding-free and weighs (with movement) 4.6 ounces. The hinges are excellent and the covers open to just 90 degrees. They are not your typically thin covers found on most 18k hunt cases, these covers do have some substance. The dial has a small stable chip over the seconds dial at “60’. The hands are very good. The nickel movement is very clean and it runs. Please note; it currently will NOT set because its minute wheel is striped. It does need a minute wheel. A competent watchmaker could make a new one or its possible to harvest one from a similar movement.      What you see is exactly what you will receive if you win this auction. It is being offered as described and as pictured. Please study the pictures very carefully before bidding and ask questions if you are unsure of anything. .
