There are no words or marks on the dial or on the back side of the case.    On the inside, the movement is scribed "Rotherhams  London"  and the (serial) number: 252292.    The hinges are tight and good too.  The case is stamped "18" inside, and the chain loop is also stamped "18".   The watch alone weighs over 34 grams.
