14k multi colored scenic pocket watch case,heavy gold Start Price USD 499.99 Current Price USD 615.00 Time Left - Bid Count 8 Buy It Now Price - Reserve Price - Start Time Monday, September 29, 2008 End Time Thursday, October 09, 2008 Location citrus heights, CA See more about '14k multi colored scenic pocket watch case,heavy gold' Description i bought this fabuous scenic case..not caring a bit what movement was in it..or even if it ran..there is one photo..that shows the small dent on the reverse..and it makes it look really bad..ten times worse than it is..so i'm going to leave it..i want it to look better in your hand than it did on my auction..it does run by the way..and its a ladies waltham..serial intact..16077198..adjusted..doesn't say anything about the number of jewels..so we assume low..but beautiful isn't it....solid 14k...over 70 grams with the movement..i think it was 75.3...it would melt for over $500..but wouldn't that be a shame..how often do u see this kind of a case in any size...at least 3 colors of gold..and i believe one is natural placer gold..used for the trees and bushes..the white metal used i'm pretty sure is silver..i tested it minimally..it has the thickest gold sheets used for a watch case i have seen in some time..and the dust cover..also gold..and so often stamped...METAL..has a place for a photo or lock of hair..both obverse ..reverse cases covers solid 14k..dust cover 14k..and i tried to get a photo of the hinges..but i wasn't too successful...they are in very good condition..lots of spring left in the old cover yet..i did not have it cleaned or serviced..i rubbed with a damp cloth..and that's how you'll get it.. if you aren't 110% happy with this watch..send it back..cuz i'm torn as to selling it anyway..i collect wrist watches..so if you have a unique pc..i would consider trade  or partial trade.. oh..i bought it thinking it was a size six..but now i'm pretty sure it's actually a 5 as it's just slightly less than 34 mm...just a marvelous pc i accept pay pal or preferably U.S Postal money order..it's ok if you need a couple days on the pay pal thing..none of this immediate payment mandatory..but i would like to keep it down to as quickly as possibly..like say..5 days or less it will be insured of course..and shipped priority attention california bidders..if you win..wait for my invoice..i have to collect sales tax..so to make it a bit more fair..i pay half..so wait for my invoice and save 4% Place a Bid!
